Beginning our 70th year with a new bold vision and chapter as Manning Family Children's, we are proud to carry forward the longstanding legacy of Children's Hospital New Orleans, which first opened its doors in 1955. Children's has delivered expert care for children across our state and region. As the first and largest non-profit, freestanding children’s hospital in Louisiana, we rely on the generous support of our donors, friends and community to provide expert care for every child, regardless of his or her family's ability to pay.
Now as we enter our transformational partnership with the Manning family and become Manning Family Children’s, together we will have a lasting impact on children and families not just in Louisiana, but far beyond, marking a pivotal new chapter in our 70-year legacy.
